Mark Biddles for the decision to use chaff to avoid the pending destruction of his Type 42, the only ship visible to the enemy. However the partial success of diverting 2 of the 3 incoming missiles still resulted in the sinking of the Type 42 but with the added bonus on directing the other missiles onto his 2 other unspotted Covettes and the total loss of his whole flotilla.

Graham Spencer (Failed to avoid ramming own admiral’s ship from behind, causing damage that doomed the ship to capture, effectively losing game in first turn without a shot being fired).
